Marlborough Cellar Door Tasting

You can make a booking via our booking platform from Wednesday to Friday during August. We don't take online bookings on Saturdays and Sundays, instead please call the Cellar Door directly on +64 3 520 9147. Walk-in visitation is also welcomed but we can't always guarantee there will be an immediate tasting spot available.

Note: We are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays and open from Wednesday to Sunday from 11am to 4pm during winter 2020. For any other enquiry or to purchase wine please email us on cellar.door@cloudybay.co.nz.

Tasting Menu:

Marlborough Cloudy Bay Experience Tasting ($10): Taste the current vintages of our 4 main wines and 3 different grape varieties. Pelorus Non Vintage Sparkling, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir. Allow up to 30 minutes.

Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc Immersion Tasting ($15): This is the perfect option for our Sauvignon Blanc fans! Taste the following 3 wines; the current vintage Sauvignon Blanc 2019, Back Vintage Cellar Door only Sauvignon Blanc 2006, Te Koko barrel fermented Sauvignon Blanc 2015. Allow 30 minutes.

At present all tastings are conducted seated with safe spacing. Prior booking is recommended due to the limited tasting spaces available and to avoid disappointment. Tastings are accompanied by water and crackers along with individual tasting notes. Spittoons are available on request.

Our Cellar Door also offers a range of light food options, and branded merchandise. You can purchase any of our wines including limited release, back vintage, magnums etc. to take away or have shipped back home.
